Grammar
"Grow up" is used only for age (childhood to adulthood).
Correct: I grew up in Paris.
Not correct: I grew up in my work.
Use: I developed in my work / I grew in my career.
Prefixes:
"Up-" → increase, upgrade (upskill).
"Re-" → repeat, redo, start again (reskill, relearn).
"De-" → reduce, remove (deskill).
Passive form for workplace change:
"Certain skills have been phased out."
"Manual labor was replaced by automation."
Pronunciation
"Ethical" /ˈɛθ.ɪ.kəl/ (stress on the first syllable).
"Ethics" /ˈɛθ.ɪks/ (shorter ending sound).
"Automation" /ˌɔː.təˈmeɪ.ʃən/ (stress on -ma-).
"Expertise" can be pronounced two ways:
/ˌɛk.spɜːˈtiːz/ (stress on -tise).

"Reskill" /ˌriːˈskɪl/ (clear long vowel in "re-").
