PROGRESS: He spoke easily and without many errors. When he speaks quickly, his speech becomes less clear. He needs to pace himself where possible.
FEEDBACK: He spoke about the work he does in training employees in their work. Sometimes he has to work with difficult people who are very disruptive and not that interested in doing elements of their jobs in different ways. He spoke about the challenges of being in training and development and how to deal with people who don’t cooperate.
