Key Vocabulary
Hotel Check-In & Rooms
Reservation / booking – when you arrange a room in advance.
Check in – register and get your room key.
Check out – leave the hotel and pay the bill.
Reception / front desk – where guests check in or ask for help.
Key / keycard – physical key vs. electronic card for the door.
Double room – one large bed for two people.
Twin room – two separate single beds.
Full board – all meals included.
Half board – breakfast + one main meal included.
Cleaning & Facilities
Tidying – putting things in order, arranging, “ranger.”
Cleaning – removing dirt, “nettoyer.”
