PROGRESS: She continues to be able to share her thoughts and explain herself clearly. Her listening skills are good, and she has a clear understanding of what is being said.
FEEDBACK: With the changes in management at the factory where she works, Fabienne has had a number of problems trying to do her work and manage the changes the new managers have brought in. There have been times when different conflicting messages have been given, which have caused some confusion. There seems to be a need for changes to be made, even when the previous systems have worked perfectly well. It has been a difficult and trying time getting used to new management and their requirements.
HOMEWORK:
