Examples:
Gagner l’argent → earn money (not “win money”)
Win money = lottery or gambling
Earn money = through work, salary
Hold a meeting / hold an interview – correct collocations.
We don’t say make a meeting, we say hold a meeting.
GRAMMAR

Confidence = self-assurance (≠ confidence in French, which often means trust)
