GRAMMAR
Collocations – What are they?
A collocation is a natural combination of two or more words that are often used together by native speakers.
They make your English sound fluent and natural.
Every language has them — in French, “gagner de l’argent” is a common collocation.
Examples in English:
Gagner de l'argent → earn money
“Earn” means to deserve or receive something by working
Win money is for gambling, lottery, casino
Have a solution vs. solve a problem
“Solve” is a verb
“Solution” is a noun
You don’t say “solve a solution”
Give feedback / receive criticism / build trust / achieve a goal
Using the wrong collocation can make your English sound strange or incorrect, even if the grammar is technically right.

PRONUNCIATION
Focus on word endings and stress to sound more fluent:
Harmless – say the final “-less” clearly
Constructive criticism – stress “con-STRUC-tive” and “CRIT-i-cism”
Feedback – stress is on the first syllable: FEED-back
Earn / Learn – practice this minimal pair (they sound similar but are very different in meaning)
Behavior – stress is on the second syllable: be-HAV-ior
Reach – make sure the "ch" is soft like in "beach"
Practice putting stress on the right part of each word to improve understanding and clarity.
