PHRASES / EXPRESSIONS:
“Bless you” (used after sneezing).
GRAMMAR:
Verb forms with body parts (for example, clench fists, raise eyebrows).
PRONUNCIATION:
Focused on clear pronunciation of verbs like chew, shrug, and clench.
OTHER:
Completed activities 1 to 4 including warm-up, vocabulary, practice questions, and collocations. The student’s internet cut off after activity 4, interrupting the lesson.
PROGRESS:
Most of the verbs were new to the student, so it was good practice. Since they were new, she had some difficulty memorizing them, but the video helped her remember better.
FEEDBACK:
Encouraged the student to use gestures naturally when speaking English to reinforce vocabulary. The lesson will continue next time with listening, speaking, and idioms.
