PROGRESS: Frank can understand and speak quite well. I think he is still a little hesitant to use English and feels that he needs lots of practice. He is willing to try, and I am sure he will begin to feel more able to express himself as we discuss and work through the lesson material.
FEEDBACK: He was interested in the topic we chose for him. He explained that in the future, he will need to use his ability to initiate conversations with employees from other countries. We spoke generally about his role in site maintenance management.
HOMEWORK:
