Richard is an IT Consultant employed by Squad. He is responsible for analyzing internet traffic to identify potential security breaches. Richard works with a team of four technicians, with whom he meets twice a week; on other days, he works remotely.
He uses English daily, primarily through Microsoft Teams, to collaborate with international companies. Richard studied English at school and university, but he has not undertaken any formal study since then.
His hobbies include sports such as running and climbing. He was born in Paris and works approximately 30 minutes away from the city.
Richard’s objectives are to improve his speaking skills and review grammar, as he wishes to feel more confident using English during meetings and presentations. He would like his lessons to focus on general English and grammar topics. His comprehension level is assessed at B2, while his speaking level is currently at B1.
